The property offers tastefully furnished rooms and apartments in a convenient location to reach the most important destinations of Umbria. The outdoor pool with relaxation area and views of the surrounding countryside is open from June to September and is at the complete disposal of our guests.
Each apartment is equipped with independent services, air conditioning, heating, TV and Wi-Fi. You can relax and enjoy the utmost tranquility without sacrificing comfort
The large outdoor areas are the setting for moments of relaxation during the summer and the possibility of parking and breakfast (also for celiacs) complete the offer for a relaxing stay.

Where We Are
Rosa di Assisi is located in Via Madonna di Campagna, 64 in Bastia Umbra, just below the hill on which stands Assisi.
To get to us, both from North and South: exit the E45 in the direction of SS675 and follow the signs for Perugia (from South) or Assisi (from North) until the exit Ospedalicchio South. From here continue along Via Giulio Caldarelli, take the second exit at the roundabout and turn left after 600 meters.
